2000年7月，北京城市排水集團有限責任公司（簡稱BDC）通過競標，獲得了廣州市西朗污水處理項目運營維護的總承包合同。2003年6月，在廣州注冊成立了由BDC控股的廣州市京水水務有限公司（簡稱公司）。依據(jù)總承包合同的規(guī)定，公司負責營運和維護保養(yǎng)日處理能力為20萬噸的西朗污水處理廠及與之相配套的40公里污水管線、四座污水抽升泵站，營運總資產(chǎn)達9.8億元人民幣。

In July 2000, through the competitive bidding of Guangzhou Xilang WWTP, the Beijing Drainage Group Co.Ltd. (BDC) has won the project’s general contract of  BOT arrangement.In June 2003,under the holdings of BDC, Guangzhou City Peking Water Co.Ltd. (“Guangzhou Company”for short ) was registered and founded. Base on the stipulates of the general contract, Company is responsible for the operation and maintenance of Xilang WWTP, which includes the plant with a daily processing capacity of 200,000 tons , 40 km of corresponding sewage pipelines and four pumping stations, with a total working capital of 980 million RMB.

Besides, Guangzhou Company also has been awarded the“Three in One”authentication of“ISO9001 QMS, ISO14001 EMS and OHSAS18001”.
